Металтехник АД  сключи с Министерството на иновациите и растежа договор BG-RRP-3.008-0732 за изпълнение на проект „Подкрепа за прехода към кръгова икономика“ по Националния план за възстановяване и устойчивост.

Целите на проекта са:

Общата цел на проектното предложение е въвеждане на кръгови модели в Металтехник АД за използване на ресурсите и внедряване на неутрални по отношение на климата методи и технологии за производство и потребление на продуктите от дейността му.
Конкретната цел е:
Въвеждане на кръгови модели в производствения процес Заваряване чрез внедряване на технологии за намаляване на използваните суровини и за намаляване на количеството образувани отпадъци.
Целите ще се постигнат чрез инвестиция в придобиване на високотехнологични активи: 1. Девет осна система за роботизирано заваряване с автоматична маса за смяна на позиционерите – 1 брой. 2. Девет осна система за роботизирано заваряване на едрогабаритни детайли с линейна ос – 1 брой.

Вследствие на изпълнението на проекта ще се  постигнат:

– внедряване на технологии за намаляване на количеството образувани отпадъци;

– повишаване на производителността и на качеството на произвежданата продукция; – намаляване на производствените разходи поради намаляване на разходите за материали и намаляване на брака.

По този начин ще се постигнат: – постигане на конкретни резултати за реализирането на преход към кръгова икономика в предприятието; – увеличаване на производствения капацитет на предприятието вследствие повишаване ефективността на производствените процеси на база по-високите производителност и качество, и намаляването на производствените разходи.
Общата стойност на проекта е 1450000.00 лв, като размерът на Безвъзмездната финансова помощ е 725000лв., предоставена от Европейския съюз.
